David Bailey Full Circle Foundation Spokesperson
In the late '70s and early '80s, David Bailey was a world champion Motocross racer. Having full control of his upper body, David became a world-class competitor in chair marathons, and has completed the Hawaii Iron Man Marathon several times. David is also the color announcer for Supercross on ESPN and does monthly articles in Motocross magazines around the world. David also publishes a website with stories and news on motocross.
David's media background, deep involvement in Motocross, and his personal commitment to endurance sports, along with his clear understanding of the physical and emotional challenges faced when becoming paraplegic, makes him the perfect candidate to promote Full Circle Foundation. David's presence on and off camera, his innate ability to write, and his incredible interest in people will take Full Circle Foundation to a new level of involvement in the world of spinal cord injury research.

WHO WE ARE
We are women who want to significantly contribute to philanthropic efforts on behalf of Professional Motocross and Supercross as a family of families. We encourage you to share your suggestions.
WHAT WE'RE ABOUT
The Foundation seeks to unite all of the women involved in motocross and supercross to benefit the sport and its personnel. We work together to help the causes that we hold dear, including safety of our riders, outreach to the injured, a helping hand to families in need and fellowship among women. We know that when people have the opportunity to work together for a common cause, friendships are formed and that will be a benefit to all involved.
We were excited about the creation of this new organization and our acceptance and credibility over the past year prove how much we were needed. What we can accomplish in 2006 and beyond is something you can help accomplish.

JAMES MARSHALL - DONATE NOW
On February 11th, 2006, James Marshall was tragically injured in round 6 of the Amp'd Mobile Supercross series in San Diego. Running in 5th place in Heat #2, James went over the bars through a tricky step up--step down combination and was subsequently hit by two trailing riders. The impact of the incident left Marshall with broken C2, C5, and C6 vertebrate and a broken pelvis. James was instantly paralyzed and is currently in the ICU at Sharp Memorial Hospital. We are all praying for a miracle and a full recovery.
Marshall has been a rising star throughout the industry for the past several months as he has consistently been one of the fastest privateers in the supercross series. A true privateer, James and his mechanic Dave have worked hard each week preparing for every race. We here at MXSponsor.com found him only a few weeks before the opening round of the supercross series and offered him a ride with our Privateer Shuttle -- a program to help privateers compete in the supercross series. Not only is James incredibly fast on a dirt bike, he is also an incredible human being. He has a tremendous fan base across the country (especially in his home state of Texas) and possesses charisma, integrity, and an enthusiasm that is infectious. All of our stomachs and hearts dropped as we saw the crash. This website is purposed to unite all of James' supporters in providing up-to-date information on his condition, links to donate to his recovery fund, forums and message board links, as well as thoughts and prayers and more. We support you James, we are praying for you, and we are pulling for you!

GARY GRACYK - DONATE NOW
Gavin Gracyk's father, Gary Gracyk, is in the final stages of ALS (Lou Gehrig's Disease). Gary has been given less than a year to live. He didn't have any control of his muscles, and was on a breathing apparatus 24 hours a day. There is an organization with an experimental treatment for ALS that has a 33% success rate. It cleans out the system, rebuilds muscle, and possibly allow the patient to walk again, but unfortunately health insurance does not cover this.
A physician associated with motocross read Gavin's story in RacerX and was able to secure Gary a spot for treatment, which is incredible in itself because the waiting list is so long. The MX community was able to raise the initial $10,000 and Gary was accepted. Results are promising. He's able to lift his leg and wiggle his toes when before treatment he had lost all movement. He will stay on this treatment as long as it produces positive results. Unfortunately this will continue to be a financial burden. Any amount you can donate to give Gary a chance at a longer life would be greatly appreciated. We don't have a lot of time to raise the money, so please, ask everyone you know to give what they can.
DOUG HENRY - DONATE NOW
Doug crashed in Florida while preparing for the upcoming SuperMoto series. The crashed left Doug with a broken back near the same location as the infamous Budds Creek crash in 1995. Doug underwent surgery to relieve pressure from his broken T12 vertebra with doctors calling the surgery a success, according to Yamaha personnel in Florida.
Doug has been transported to Shepherd Center in Georgia to begin his recovery. Join us for a great night of racing as the Motocross community comes together to support one of the most loved guys to ever throw a leg over a motorcycle.

NICK DEPALO - DONATE NOW
On November 24th, 2006, Nick DePalo sustained a severe spinal cord injury while racing at the Gatorback Winter Olympic's. After surgery and many months of therapy Nick is now in a wheelchair. There is tremendous hope that through continued therapy, Nick will be able to take advantage of future medical breakthroughs.
Nick has been riding an RT300-S Electrical Stimulation Bike in his three-times-a-week therapy sessions, and it has really helped his cardio, muscle atrophy, balance, muscle spasms and overall well being. Unfortunately, insurance stops paying for this therapy after September.
The goal is to raise $15,000 to purchase this bike which will help Nick continue to improve. So, if we can't get him on a dirt bike right now, let's raise the money to get him on this bike. An anonymous family has offered to match all donations, dollar for dollar.
Check out this Web site to see just what this bike can do www.restorative-therapies.com.
